short fiction, TTRPGs, open-source games and scripts, machinima, webseries, research\/digital theatre, and micro-budget films, comics, indie video games, software art and auctioning props and making choreo\/fx videos<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p>The common thread isn&#8217;t the medium\u2014it&#8217;s the creation of worlds, stories, aesthetics, and communities around them.<\/p><p><span digital systems art, and experimental low-budget filmmaking.<\/p><p>Most of my work lives somewhere between handmade mythology, regional cult media, underground comics, VHS-era horror, unfinished media archaeology, and collaborative worldbuilding.<\/p><p>I\u2019m interested in stories that feel discovered rather than manufactured; damaged archives, fake production histories, impossible movies, speculative universes, forgotten broadcasts, open-source characters, outsider media, and strange systems stitched together from memory, practical effects, collage, and improvisation.<\/p><p>A lot of my projects begin with fragments:<\/p><ul><li><p>unfinished scripts<\/p><\/li><li><p>fake documents<\/p><\/li><li><p>production stills<\/p><\/li><li><p>reconstructed memories<\/p><\/li><li><p>game mechanics<\/p><\/li><li><p>prop replicas<\/p><\/li><li><p>storyboard pages<\/p><\/li><li><p>recorded conversations<\/p><\/li><li><p>old VHS footage<\/p><\/li><li><p>zines<\/p><\/li><li><p>character sketches<\/p><\/li><li><p>broken worldbuilding notes<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>From there, the work expands outward into whatever format fits the idea best.<\/p><p>Sometimes that becomes a zine.<br \/>Sometimes it becomes a short film.<br \/>Sometimes it becomes a prop build, a fake documentary, a machinima project, a tabletop setting, a theatre piece, or an experimental narrative system.<\/p><p>I\u2019m less interested in polished corporate storytelling than I am in tactile, human, limitation-driven creative work \u2014 things that still show fingerprints, tape marks, mistakes, revisions, and production scars.<\/p><p>My creativity pulls from:<\/p><ul><li><p>regional horror cinema<\/p><\/li><li><p>practical creature effects<\/p><\/li><li><p>mid-90s animation<\/p><\/li><li><p>collaborative storytelling<\/p><\/li><li><p>low-budget genre filmmaking<\/p><\/li><li><p>open creative systems<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The through-line across all of it is worldbuilding.<\/p><p>Whether I\u2019m writing a speculative fiction piece, building a prop, reconstructing a failed horror movie through a zine, designing a fictional production archive, or developing a game concept, the goal is always the same:<\/p><p>To make something that feels like it already existed somewhere before you found it.<\/p><p>I am an independent story-and-systems studio creating games, films, software art, research projects, and narrative worlds.<\/p><p>My work explores the intersection of storytelling, simulation, memory, and play. Some projects become video games. Some become films, comics, zines, software artworks, or tabletop experiences. Others exist as research, archives, or speculative worlds.<\/p><p>Rather than focusing on a single medium, I build systems, stories, and mythologies that can evolve across formats while remaining
